Day 1, Monday 5 May 2025
7:00am from Saint Clair, PA (535 miles 10 ½ hours including breaks and
lunch en route)
5:30pm Arrive
BB Riverboats (101 Riverboat Row
Newport, KY 41071) to begin boarding at 6:00pm. Take in the skyline, watch the
river go by, and enjoy a fantastic meal aboard
this Captain's Dinner cruise. All
seating is reserved. Bar available to
purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Entertainment is provided by a DJ
7:00pm Your riverboat sets sail
9:00pm Return to dock and proceed to
your hotel. (2 miles 10 minutes) Holiday Inn Express
& Suites Cincinnati Riverfront (200 Crescent Avenue Covington, KY
41011) Conveniently located in Covington, Kentucky, the “southern side of
Cincinnati” on the Ohio riverfront directly across from downtown Cincinnati,

Day 2, Tuesday 6 May 2025

9:30am Your local guide will
meet you at your hotel to sweep you away on a fun and fact-filled tour of Cincinnati.
View a German village, gorgeous mansions, visit downtown and the museum center,
you should see all of the highlights that this multicultural city has to offer!
11:30am Drop your guide and continue on
to the bustling
entertainment center, Newport on the Levee (1 Levee Wy Suite
2102, Newport, KY 41071) The Levee is home to a collection of unique-to-Newport
retailers and restaurants, national experience-driven brands, a food hall, a
20-screen AMC Theater, and the Newport Aquarium. Enjoy some free time to explore,
shop and have lunch on your own.
2:15pm Arrive at the National
Underground Railroad Freedom Center (50 E Freedom Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202)
Located in downtown Cincinnati the museum is just a few steps from the banks of
the Ohio River, the great natural barrier that separated the slave states of
the South from the free states of the North. Since opening in 2004, they have
filled a void in our nation’s cultural heritage. Rooted in the stories of the
Underground Railroad, they illuminate the true meaning of inclusive freedom by
presenting permanent and special exhibits that inspire, and public programming
that provokes dialogue and action.
4:00pm Depart (2 miles 15 minutes)
4:30pm Travel back across the river
and arrive at the New Riff Distillery (24 Distillery Way Newport KY
41073) Learn about the Kentucky bourbon distilling process, from grain to
barrel from the third floor Tower Room. You’ll learn about fermentation,
distillation, and barreling. In addition, you will have 3 flight size pours that
you and can taste at your own pace while enjoying sharable German style pretzels

The Hofbräuhaus Newport (200 East 3rd Street, Newport KY
41071), which is modeled after the original 400+-year-old Hofbräuhaus in
Munich, Germany. It is home to the area’s largest bier garden and offers a
lovely view of Cincinnati’s skyline. Delve into authentic German fare and

9:15am Arrive Ark Encounter (1 Ark Encounter Dr.,
Williamstown, KY 41097) in Williamstown, KY, which features a full-size Noah’s
Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible. Spanning 510 feet
long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, this modern engineering marvel amazes
visitors young and old. From the moment you turn the corner, and the towering
Ark comes into view, to the friendly animals at the zoo, to the jaw-dropping
exhibits inside the Ark, you’ll experience the pages of the Bible like never
before. Enjoy lunch on your own at
Emzara’s kitchen while you are there.

the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption (Cathedral Square,1101 Madison
Avenue, Covington, Kentucky 41011) Have a docent led tour to fully appreciate
the solemn beauty and the special grace of Gothic architecture. This structure was
inspired by Notre Dame Cathedral and while only one third the size, it is home
to one of the world’s largest stained-glass windows.

and visit the world-class
Creation Museum (2800 Bullittsburg Church Rd, Petersburg, KY 41080) and
see the history of the Bible vividly come to life. On your walk-through
biblical history, you’ll encounter a realistic
Garden of Eden, animatronic Noah, Flood dioramas, stunning video displays,
and much more. Prepare to believe!
Visit
the Botanical Gardens at the Creation Museum. Stroll through the
museum’s botanical gardens amid the breathtaking displays. Each year, we add
new designs and more color throughout the garden trails, so your experience is
never the same!
