Your next four overnights will be in Louisville, KY. at the Drury Inn East.

Day 2 Monday, June 9


All About The Wood Package at Louisville Slugger
Embark on an award-winning factory tour and witness the world-class museum gallery at Louisville
Slugger Museum & Factory
Follow that up with Louisville's only custom bourbon blending experience
at Barrels & Billets, located right next door to the museum.
Tour of Old Forester Distillery
Our first stop on the trail is for a guided immersion tour through the Old Forester distillery that
explains the history of the hometown bourbon of bourbon’s hometown, distilling, bottling process,
and much more. At the end of the tour, guests of legal drinking age (21+) can taste our
award-winning craft bourbon for themselves in the Old Forester Tasting Room. (pending availability)

After free time for lunch, your next stop is for The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience features an
artisanal distillery, guided historical tours. Celebrating the legacy of Evan Williams, Kentucky's
first distiller, this immersive experience brings to life the history and tradition of Kentucky's
native spirit.Your tour includes a demonstration on how to make Kentucky's native cocktail - The Mint Julep.

Day 3 Tuesday, June 10


Morning Breakfast
Begin your day with breakfast at Keeneland Race Track.
Keeneland Morning Works Tour
This morning tour of Keeneland is an overview of operations for both racing and sales. With an
experienced Tour Guide you walk through the Keeneland Paddock and Grandstand, grounds, and when
available, to the world-renowned Sales Pavilion.
Lunch at The Woodford Inn
Lunch is included today at the Woodford Inn in Versailles, KY. The Woodford Inn is located in the
original Cleveland House, a home for orphan girls built first in 1865, razed, and rebuilt on the
original foundation in 1926 that is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
Woodford Reserve Distillery Tour
Take a guided educational tour through the Distillery that explains the history of bourbon, how
they are unique at all five sources of flavor, the bottling process, and much more. At the end of
the tour, you can taste the award-winning craft bourbon for themselves in the visitors’ center.
Dinner at Kentucky Castle
You will experience Southern Hospitality as you dine within the walls of The Kentucky Castle, near
Lexington. Of Medieval Architecture, the castle manse is surrounded by a stone wall topped with
parapets.
And . . . as it was in Camelot your meal is a true farm-to-table experience sourcing local and
property grown ingredients from the fiefdom to create amazing meals for their royal guests.


Day 4 Wednesday, June 11


Tour of the Kentucky Derby Museum
Your group will have full access to the museum, including two floors of interactive exhibits. A
viewing of our epic film, “The Greatest Race,” a
360°, 18-minute media experience that will make your heart race and emotions soar.

Tour Prohibition Craft Spirits
Next you take a step back in time for a Prohibition-themed distillery tour! See the “tools”
bootleggers used to make moonshine in the early ’20s when alcohol was prohibited. Walk among a
collection of historical memorabilia of the era. You’ll hear true accounts of the crazy and often
dangerous things that were done to illegally produce, transport, and sell liquor. Experience how
they handcraft liquor today and the similarities between now and then. After the tour, wander over
to our tasting bar and enjoy our spirits.
You’ll likely want to try PCS Distilling Company’s newest creation — “NULU™” a Blue Agave Reposado
imported from Mexico, then brought home to Louisville to aged in Bourbon Barrels.

Day 5 Thursday, June 12


Depart for home
Following breakfast at the hotel, depart for home with memories of the Horse & Bourbon Tour.
