8:00am Arrive the Nauticus The National Maritime Center. *Arrive early before the streets close for the parade. An exciting science and technology center exploring the power of the sea. This high-tech, virtual reality “museum” allows visitors to explore the rich life of the ocean realm, human uses of the sea through shipping and the role the port of Hampton Roads has played in world maritime affairs.
· You’ll be astounded at the effects of the “Living Sea” film, a movie that takes you into the world of the Oceans! See humpback whales, golden jellyfish, and much more!
· Visit the Battleship USS Wisconsin, one of the largest Battleships ever built. This mighty ship was used during the Korean Conflict and the Gulf War.
· Tour the Hampton Roads Naval Museum and the USS Wisconsin. The museum’s mission is to study and interpret the history of the U.S. Navy in Hampton Roads. The museum is in charge of the day-to-day management and historic interpretation of the Battleship Wisconsin
10:00am Watch the 72nd Annual Parade of Nations from reserved seating. Featuring over 100 parade units including the U.S. and international bands, military units, community groups, and floats representing NATO Member Nation!
12:00pm Enjoy Lunch on your own at the Waterside and free time to explore:
· NATO festival and international village. Join in a celebration of the local NATO Headquarters with international music, arts, and cuisine.
· Or swing by Scope Arena to see the International Tattoo American Pipe Band Championship that lasts from 12pm – 6pm
2:30pm Visit the Douglas MacArthur Memorial. The MacArthur Memorial is a museum and research center dedicated to preserving and presenting the story of the life of General of the Army Douglas MacArthur. The Memorial also pays tribute to the millions of men and women who served with General MacArthur in World War I, World War II, and the Korean War. Situated in downtown Norfolk, VA the Memorial consists of a museum, archive and research center, education center, theater, welcome center, and a gift shop. A visit to the Memorial will allow you to explore the life of one of America’s greatest and most complex leaders.
3:30pm Visit the Chrysler Museum of Art The Chrysler Museum has fifty galleries, a growing collection of more than 30,000 objects, an interactive space for families, and the only glass studio of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region
5:00pm Enjoy Hullabaloo at the Scope Plaza as you make your way into the arena. Expect performances by international military bands, dancers, drill teams and some of our favorite local dancers and musicians. The Hullabaloo is a perfect opportunity to shake hands with an active-duty member of armed forces and take a selfie with a highland dancer.
Dinner is on your own at the food trucks, restaurants along the Grandby the street or in Macarthur center mall.

7:30pm Enjoy International Tattoo performances from your premium reserved seats. (DI)
A spectacle of military splendor – part parade, part theater, and sometimes, part circus. Tattoo features bands and military drill teams and more! The performance will last approximately two hours with no intermission.
TBA Show ends and depart back to the hotel for the evening.

11:30am Arrive at The National Museum of the Marine Corps (18900 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Quantico, VA). The National Museum of the Marine Corps is a lasting tribute to U.S. Marines--past, present, and future.
